Description

It appears that a construction contractor collapsed the drainage drainage culvert and the sidewalk. They covered up the damage with a waste fence section from the demo. I went to move what I thought was a tripping hazard, and I found the even more dangerous hole under it. I'm terrified that someone is going to get hurt.
