Description

I have lived in the Highlands for 3 years, and never understood for the life of me why there are left turn arrows to turn on to Bardstown Road from Eastern Parkway, but there is not an arrow for those wanting to turn left on to Eastern Parkway from Bardstown Road. Any busy part of the day creates a backup of cars waiting for one person to turn left at this intersection. I think it would GREATLY help with traffic flow in an already congested Highlands area. :)

This definitely needs to happen! Difficult and dangerous to make that left turn onto eastern without an arrow and the right of way.
