Description

Every morning, 8-8:30 the sprinklers from The Circle spray over the sidewalk for about 100 yards forcing people to walk in the road or get soaked. I have no idea what supposed to do if you're in a wheelchair. Walking in the road, highway 49, isn't safe for anyone.
