West bound traffic on the I-40 service road has a left turn must yield sign to turn onto Sooner, however east bound traffic on the service road does not. West bound traffic turning North onto Sooner has to navigate drivers, who are not yielding trying to get into the far right lane. It is dangerous and frustrating. West bound traffic has to sit through many light cycles during busy times due to the amount of traffic exiting the interstate.
