The grate is not blocked. The problem is in the pipe someplace. No one can get to their car without walking to the end of the block to cross the standing water.

The water is still flooding the street and starting to smell. We are going to get West Nile virus from the mosquitoes next

This is two weeks old. There is still standing water on the street that now smells. Is there any way to get this fixed?
