Description
I think these two are due to the weather and have recently appeared. You can't really avoid them either. If you try to avoid one, you'll hit the other... or an on coming car, might I add, one that is probably speeding.

Closed City of Boston (Registered User)
The City of Boston and SeeClickFix have recently formed a partnership to maintain reports on their website, and are closing all preexisting reports. If this issue still needs attention, please create a new report using one of the many tools available:
