Not sure what you are talking about. This is a Zoning Violation. The house is being rented out as a Duplex with 2 separate Tenants . Why are you not enforcing the Zoning laws in Coquina Key??

This house is being rented as an unlawful apt. building. Maybe you own it or you are protecting a friend or something, but this is clearly a zoning violation and you need to open this case and shut down the illegal usage of this single family house.

Question? Is it legal to rent out your house in a single family neighborhood to multiple tenants on a short term basis as in Airbnb and/or vacation rental? Because a lot of people are telling me they are doing it legally. How can this be possible?

This home is not disturbing anyone with noise or trash issues. Let's respect their privacy.

This house is being rented out to tenants. Separate people paying separate rent to owners. It is being run as an apartment building without a license. It is an illegal dwelling apt building. There is no other way to say it.
