The homeowner normally maintains this area in front of their property. I'm not sure if you meant to type Sign or site. I will assign this to the signs division to check if you meant the it's growing up onto a sign. We will maintain the signs from foliage.

The poison ivy and English ivy are not growing on or covering a sign. Since the poison ivy is growing on county right of way, whose responsibility is removing the poison ivy?
