Blighted, unsafe property. A/C units falling out of Windows, inappropriate furniture and debris on porch and overall property that is falling down. Currently occupied, but no way up to safety codes.

The A/C units are held on with tacked on boards over a public alley. Trash in yard, boards falling off and roof severely sagging.
