Description

The northeast intersection of Browns Bridge and Scaggsville Rd (on Browns Bridge) has standing water and a pot hole which is difficult to safely avoid when turning right from west-bound scaggsville on to Browns Bridge. There is zero shoulder in this area, and the placement of the telephone pole in close proximity to both roads creates an unsafe condition.
