Description
Several homeowners on both sides of street are not maintaining landscaping (branches and debris)which makes riding a bike hazardous, especially at night.
Also, the accumulated dirt at 22nd and Park on side walk is dangerous when trying to quickly and safely cross the street.
Probably bad for wheelchairs too.
