Given the numerous areas where landscaping encroaches on sidewalks, it might be helpful to have your investigator walk Park St. or ride their bike so they can experience it first hand.

Between 22nd and 23rd
Bus stop across street from JP tavern
Between 1501 in 1555
Between 1135 and 1421 Park St.
819 Park
South of Dartmouth and Park St at sidewalk
301 Park St.
245 Park St. the shrubs stick out into the sidewalk

nothing has been acomplished to solve the problem....so please keep it open and do create a safe bike path (not in the middle of traffic) like you did at the end of Central and Park st. Best way is to widen the sidewalks so it can handle bike and foot traffic....with designated crosswalks.
