Description

Trash left by old tenants. Yard front & back overgrown. Bushes not trimmed. House in deplorable shape. property manager(Lisa Schmidt) 910-624-5117, 868-1976 will not take corrective actions. This has been an ongoing problem for 5 years. Each tenant gets worse. Tired of living near a dump.
