The called in complaint will be assigned to the CEO of that district.

C.E.O is notified and will immediately look into it.

Property was issued a first notice on 6/7/2016 for High weeds, trash and debris throughout the property. Property owner has two weeks to comply.

C.E.O continues to do routine patrols through the area. No attempts have been made to abate the violations or contact C.E.O. 2nd Notice will be issued on the June 21, 2016 if the violations are not abated.

A second notice was issued on June, 21 2016. The Property owner has 7 days to comply or abate the violations.

Property owner failed to abate the violations. Final Clean & Lien Notice issued. Property owner has ten (10) day deadline mandated in this Notice of Nuisance Abatement, or fails to request a hearing with the CITY within the ten days. The CITY will proceed with abatement of said violations at the cost and expense of PROPERTY OWNER.

Property has been Cleaned. Case will now be given to the City of Gallup Legal Department.
