Description

Trash cans have been on the curb since Friday. Which is past the 24 hour ordinance law and municipal code 8.32.030 Classification of nuisances. My father is handicap and can not do his physical therapy without walking around into the street. The curb is too high for him. It is a shame he can not do his therapy due to trash cans being on the sidewalk. This happens every single week.
