Description

Signal light on flashing red in all directions. Afternoon rush hour causes w/b traffic to back up to 35E and e/b traffic backs up through Rice Street to Marion. If the light is not going to be working due to the construction in the area then a police officer should be assigned to work traffic control there during the rush hours. I did not see any ambulances going to Regions but they would also have a problem getting to the intersection.
