Description

Lot owned by developer. He has torn the house down to build but has not started building. The grass needs to be mowed. This is my second complaint. There is also a very dangerous big oak tree that needs removal. Danger to power lines and houses. Neighbors have mentioned this to him several times and he states he will have it removed but hasn't. He will not communicate with anyone trying to contact him. Does not respond.
