Description

Hi
With every rain that comes along, we have flooding on our street. We noticed that there is no street drain to relieve the rain fall. The closest drain is at 38th street south and 28th ave south. We have a sanitary manhole cover that was bubbling up during storm . I attached some photos to show the flooding and the bubbling water.
