Description
I reported to the HOA of the Estancia Community that a lot of the Estancia residents are speeding inside the community going sometime 50 miles per hour on a 25 miles per hour zone, I have reported to then this issue for the past two years and it looks like the are ignoring my compliant.
I suggested a police office may be twice a month or may be more speed bumps.
We have two schools very near Franklin Academy and Montesory school and their is a lot of children living in this community, it seen to me that some of the HOA board members don't care about this issue.
Please help me, if you can with this problem.

Mr. Lopez,
The police department cannot conduct traffic enforcement within the Estancia community without a valid "Traffic Enforcement Agreement" in place between the city and the development. You can contact the Community Affairs Unit at 954-431-2200 for more information on how your community can enter into a traffic enforcement agreement with the city. Increading the number of speed bumps in your community will need to be explored between your HOA and the city engineering department.
