Since I first posted this problem on 6/10/2016, I have received two automated invitations to comment on the situation, and so far as I can tell, no other human person has seen the post or addressed it. At present, the situation is controlled as I am still regularly pruning the branches back. I will add an additional comment that you have a lot of people making a right turn on red at the stop light on Mayfield adjacent to the high school, and that they pay no attention to whether the WALK sign gives pedestrians the right of way. However, given the attention that was given to my first post, I expect that none will be paid to this second issue as well. Since no one monitors this site, I would suggest that you at least make it stop sending automated reminders to registered users to comment on their posts.
