i call the police again early sunday morning a little before 3am i don't know why this guy insist on driving through the neighborhood with loud music waking up every one in a 2 block radius can anything lawful be done about this guy like given a citation for disturbing the peace by the time the police arrived he had gotten out of the van and into the house at 28 warren st i don't know what the procedures are i don't know if the officer knocks on the door and give a verbal warning or give him a citation or do they have to catch him with the music blasting ??? all we need to know is can you put a end to this nuisance we appreciate anything you can do. THANK YOU

i feel really bad for the elderly couple who has to live next door to this guy i don't know why some people move into your neighborhood and want to continue doing the same crap they did where they used to live one of the reasons probably why they had to move is because of the loud music now we have to deal with it perhaps the next time maybe the police officer will have a talk with them i hope

i really don't know what this guys problem is and why he insist on driving through the neighborhood with loud music and then sits in the driveway for 4 or 5 minutes and runs in the house before police gets there most of us have to work and don't wanna hear this crap running through the neighborhood late night i had to call police the a little before 12:00 am friday night because of this hammond police did come out hopefully he was able to talk to this guy Thank You and we appreciate anything you can do this is at 28 warren st
