J. Barker investigated 7/14/16. Inspected inside and out. The asphalt around the manhole cover is broken up. There are no signs of issues from the pipes inside. (see picture attached) This sometimes occurs when water gets in and around the structure and as cars drive over the asphalt, it breaks up. Will schedule to mill and patch around the manhole cover late this fall.

We milled the asphalt yesterday 6/9/21.

Today we patched the milled area with hot mix.
