Description

I was waiting to turn left out of the shopping center, the light changed and 6 cars got through. Still waiting and when the light changed again only 4 cars got through and that's only because the 4th one essentially ran a red light.. It wasn't that anyone waited too long to start going through.. The lights just aren't staying green for the same amount of time with each change
