  This house has been reported many times.
  The city is showing that they have no real power to get such things cleaned up.
  I hope someone sees that this sets a bad example and shows others that if the city sends them a letter about a problem that they can ignore it because there is nothing to back it up and actually solve such an issue. There is absolutely no way a yard should be allowed to look like this.

  It is not perfect but this place got cleaned up.
