Description

New tenants of 11113 Hannet pushed inoperable/abandoned car into the street with the remarks of let the city tow it because the last tenant will not remove it. Car is inoperable, not registered and has a broken window. New tenants were kicking the side of the car and now it has huge dents in the doors.
