I agree- but maybe allowing a certain number of free permits per resident? (2?)

For me I live behind stowes and the number of 3 family rentals with only one driveway parking spot causes a parking mess on the streets specifically in the winter. The plows can't get through and sometimes I can't even get out of my driveway

If they are doing permits on palace street I wish they would start doing them in other places too.

Trying to collect permit fees on out of town residents to use the beach or over crowded rentals isn't a bad idea but residents who already pay high taxes shouldn't foot the bill
