This area has the worst light timing of anywhere in Santa Rosa, especially given the traffic flow here. The city says they will install sensors for the lights so actual traffic, rather than assumed flow, will actuate signals, but only after the In-N-Out Burger goes in. Why not DO IT NOW? People sit at these lights for minutes with no other traffic around. Frustration and honking drivers is what those who live here have to deal with from this. It's not right!
