Of all the houses on Fullington street, there is ALWAYS litter scattered just in front of three houses at 4027, 4033, and 4037. The rest of the residents pick up the litter in front of their houses, but not these three, and they make our little neighborhood look blighted. Can the city notify or fine these residents for not keeping the street clean?
