The vehicle is still there, although I got an email saying issue was resolved.

The vehicle has Maryland tags, a flat tire and open windows and has been on the street for nearly 3 weeks. It needs to be ticketed and taken away.

Maybe it was stolen and dumped. I would suggest informing the police -- give them the make of vehicle and tags to look up.

Car has finally been removed after a phone call to 311. The kind gentleman was shocked that the car he'd been abandoned for so long, without any action taken on the report. This app is great to see what's going on in your neighborhood, but to get any action you gotta call and talk to a real person.
