Description

There is a city owned grass strip across from our home. Older teenagers and young adults have long "mudded" in two areas in pickup trucks. It is now unsightly and putrid due to standing water in the ruts. I am requesting that the area be leveled with dirt and a sign placed advising off road activity is unlawful. I believe this will allow grass to grow and resolve this problem. Thank you.
