The potholes continue to be an issue on South Howell Rd on the south side of Route 25. Cars cannot pass one another forcing cars to pull over to allow for safe driving. Flooding has now become a major concern. As there are no lights on rgevroad, it is difficult to assess where the potholes are until after it is too late and my car tires take a beating. Please look into this asap. There are multiple bus stops on this route and the dangerous conditions is putting these teens at risk. Thank you.
