The staff at the DPW office have been unfailingly nice on the phone, however, I have been calling the office multiple times since Thursday to report that our garbage cans were missed during the usual pick up. I was told they'd come later on Thursday, then I wa told sometime Friday which became Saturday morning and now I've called twice today because it is still out there and not picked up. I've made at least ten calls. The cans are both full and we need them picked up immediately, as I've been trying to resolve this now for five days. Many thanks, residents of 98 Clinton Ave
