Description

On the southwest corner of Glendale and Jackson, the residents have installed plants on their Jackson Avenue lawn extension that create a very dangerous traffic situation. Cars attempting to turn onto Jackson from Glendale cannot see traffic moving east on Jackson. This is an accident waiting to happen.
