Dotti, I noticed that the Newton Public Works Dept had not been notified of this issue. I clicked the link on the left to notify them.
If there is anyone else you think should know about this issue, you could use the Send to a Friend tool. Or you could set-up a watch area under SeeFix for other public officials or responsible parties.
