Description

There is a huge pothole about a foot deep at the end of Welsh Tract Road where it intersects with Otts Chapel. This is a busy intersection and you need to be all the way to the right when turning onto Otts Chapel to be able to see and safely get out. Someone is going to get over just a bit too far someday and lose a back tire and wheel to this hole. It has been there for at least 6 months. I reported it on another site to no avail.
