Description

Lagoon is a mess. This looks like a health and safety issue. Debris has collected at the end of lagoon three and is now floating everywhere. It is not only an eye soar, but is omitting a horrible odor. This water is not healthy to be in or near, and the debris needs to be at minimum cleaned up. In addition, we are seeking plans to continue the dredging project and provide a sustainable solution for aeration and water quality. Please at minimum address this debris.
