Description

Silver 90s crown Vic driven by a very elderly man . Divining very erratically and didn't seem to be in possession of all his faculities. I think he lives down on 2127 Corinth Rd and it pains me to say that his driving ability has decreased dramatically over recent weeks. Vehicle is covered in dents, doubt any are reported, I understand no on wants to be "that guy" but a time comes when safety is first, to what if he hits a child?
