There are five mattresses/boxsprings on the curb with other miscellaneous furniture and trash that have been there for eight months according to the owner of 1227 N. 38th St.

Several owners on this street have called and written including myself to get this cleaned up, but it is still there The owner has it rented and the owner has stated that he is not going to do anything about the problem. A neighbor called code enforcement
who said they could not do anything because it wasn't in the yard. These tenants are also putting trash in the recycling bin because their trash can is full. I was told to mind my own business by the tenants even though their neighbor across the street came to talk to me regarding what to do about it.
