I think it's vandals, not the city mower. This has been a "game" for years for some fool.

Nope, you can see where the mowers cut off the sprinkler head. They mowed the park that morning. It happens frequently. No one checks the system after the mowers pass over, they just cut the grass and leave. Absolutely no follow-through on system maintainance. I reported the same issue at the eastern portion of the park 2 weeks ago after he last mowing and over a month ago the same thing happened, thousands of gallons of water rushing down Aspen towards Carlisle. If you look closely you can see where the heads have been chopped off by mower blades. I am just grateful for the 311 App and that I have to walk my older dog later due to the heat or no one would see this for a long time.

It is not vandals. Look at the fresh tire marks from the mowers!
