Thank you for you comments, this area is natural grass and is intended to be this way. Also this area is zoned as nature preserve and not parks space.

Thanks for the explanation. Perhaps a small sign at the location, explaining that it is nature preserve and left natural, would help visitors appreciate the area and the natural initiative?
