Description

On 4th street/Talbot, there is a crosswalk which is very dangerous. Once a couple of lanes of traffic finally stop for you, it's a gamble as to if the 4th lane will also stop. You end up waiting in the middle of the street for each lane to stop for you! We need a flashing indicator on this crosswalk on 4th street! I've almost been hit several times.
