We are NOT able to look up issues in RVA ONE. And when I call the number above all I get is a chance to reach DPU, which does not work NO WAY to reach operator with this system. Wonderful!
I agree SeeClickFix isn't quite being used to it's full potential. People that report online don't necessarily have time to call in either (hence the online report!). Also it would be nice if the City would stop posting in CAPS which is considered rude in online forums. Let's stay positive here, and keep the feedback coming. Hopefully things will smooth out going forward.
