I would love to have a children at play sign for my street. We have speed bumps and still have people speeding even when my children are out playing.

The City stopped installing Children at Play signs over 17 years ago, because children are to be expected on all residential roadways, not just where signed.
You may choose to construct and install your own sign that the children can install at the end of your driveway, when they are outside and remove it when they are finished. This helps to warn motorists of the situation better than any sign the City can install and it also can be used as an educational opportunity to train your children not to go out onto the roadway, past the sign.
