I'm trying to understand why the city of Agoura chooses to allow fireworks right spanking in the middle of horse property? This seems incredibly irresponsible, considering there are numerous other parks that aren't surrounded by horses, goats, mules, donkeys and other animals typically very frightened by fireworks and that can not come inside.

The horse community makes up a large part of Agoura and we happen to spend a LOT of money in the community, both on property tax and local businesses that provide for our animals. The least the city could be is be considerate by choosing a park NOT across the street from hundreds of horses. Seems obvious to me and others.
