Description

On the corner of Jean and Mathis Street, there are vegetation growing on the Stop sign; roadway is blocked and is a blind spot whereas you cannot see the roadway until you have to pull out into the street to see and that is an accident waiting to happen. Also, there is a Fire Hydrant that is covered with vegetation so much that you cannot see it.
