Q. What is the location of the obstruction? i.e. address, street name, and or location description.
A. this is not necessarily obstructing view, but there is a large tree branch hanging over 20th street (tree located at 613 20th street) which has been seen hitting the powerlines and a large branch fell in the last storm. There is also this same issue behind 611 20th street in the alley (20 1/2 st alley), where limbs from a tree that is in the city ROW
