At least one manhole lid was adjusted to accommodate the new asphalt surface, but the ring was not adjusted, leaving the lid resting on an asphalt edge and free to flip up and stay vertical in the middle of the lane. This is what I found near 250 Oakdale Road this evening. I would guess that not one ring was adjusted properly. And the gutter has been left full of milled asphalt.
