Description

Property address: 5100 Tilden St., NW, Washington, DC 20016 ... During heavy rain, sediment, muddy water and construction debris (masonry nails) have streamed from site. Lots of erosion. Fencing is not continuous. Even when sprinklers were on area of newly laid sod mud streamed down sidewalk. Storm sewers unable to handle run off.
