The catch basin here is clean. It drains into a sanitary sewer, and there appears to be no siphon, so odors escape. As previously advised, you should contact GNHWPCA at 203 466-5260 on this issue

The drain still smells really bad and it is winter so you can imagine how bad odor that comes out of there in the summer months please come clean it out NEW HAVEN

I saw some company come out and draw on the street and he said that they were coming to clean that out but nothing has been done as of yet.

Still nothing has been done with this and now its getting warmer so the smell and gases will be worst.
