Great Job!! Let's keep this momentum up and confiscate more. The city is plagued with them. Groups of them are almost causing accidents especially in the Beaver Hills area and neighborhoods between Whalley and Edgewood park.

C'mon ... don't be a 'Denny Downer'! 6 bikes may very well be a drop in the bucket but we celebrate even the small accomplishments because they are just that ... accomplishments. Do you know that ...
(1) just one drop of water in a bucket of water cause a ripple goes all the way out to the edges, and
(2) a typhoon rain begin with ... yup ... one drop of rain.

We are just one 4 block area of residents that said 'NO - NOT TODAY' and look what happened ... 6 bikes down. THAT is no easy task for one haul. But we did it.

So we'll stay positive, and we'll stay vigilant. And we'll keep dripping! Maybe your neighborhood - but Truman Street will NOT have chaos continuing all summer long!

Concerned Citizen The more info you can provide the police the better. Can I suggest you rally your neighbors and try to get video or stills of the bikers, and forward it on to the Dirt Bike Unit. Call the hotline at 203-946-6098 and leave your name and number, ask that they call you back. Establish a relationship with an officer in the unit, and send them the pics. They'll begin to build a file and notice patterns of when and where certain bikers go. Stay connected with your District Manager, send them real-time information by text/email. This can all be done from the privacy of your own front window for very little if any risk is involved. We have to help the NHPD to do their job by providing them with the info they don't have because, let's face it, they CAN'T be everywhere at once. And they will certainly appreciate it. Good luck. Awesome work ! These bikers have to park somewhere. Everyone in town who sees one should report their location.

They can be very dangerous in the city for everyone not just the riders !!
