Description

Hi Rozzana yes it's both the curve of the street and possible a tree causing people to not see if there are cars coming and it's only 2-3 second before people can make that judgement to turn right onto redwood pkwy going towards I 80

If cars goin at higher rate speed it's dangerous for them to slow down plus the cars Turing right at that intersection might not react quickly enough to turn on the intersection !
